Below is our opening information packet containing unit availability, pricing, and a unit reservation form. 

If you are interested in proceeding, send the unit reservation form (available below) indicating which unit(s) you are most interested in AND a refundable $5000 deposit check to our attorney & escrow agent. (address is on the form)

• • On the unit reservation form, indicate which unit(s) you are interested in.
  • When we receive your completed reservation form and $5000 deposit, we’ll contact you to answer questions and confirm pricing and details of the sale.
  • Within the 15 day reservation period, we will present a purchase & sales agreement.
  • You have the option of requesting a full refund of your deposit within 15-days of our receiving your reservation form.
